We are committed to sourcing meat, poultry, dairy, and eggs from suppliers who uphold the highest standards of animal welfare. All animals must be treated with dignity and respect, with proper housing, nutrition, and veterinary care.

🥚 Cage-Free and Higher Welfare Eggs
All our eggs and egg products are free-range or from cage-free systems. We do not source from battery farms or caged environments.

🐄 Responsibly Farmed Meat & Dairy
We prioritise suppliers who use humane farming practices and avoid the use of unnecessary antibiotics or growth hormones. Where possible, we choose British farms with recognised animal welfare certifications.

🐟 Sustainable and Responsible Seafood
Seafood is sourced in line with sustainable fishing guidelines and responsible aquaculture practices. We aim to avoid endangered species and support traceable supply chains.

🚫 No Foie Gras or Products from Inhumane Practices
We do not serve foie gras or use any ingredients obtained through practices that cause undue suffering.

🤝 Supplier Transparency
We work closely with trusted suppliers who can provide full traceability and transparency of their animal welfare standards. Regular checks and open communication help us ensure ongoing compliance.
